"The only room I know, that you can enjoy your time in the bathtub whilst enjoying the nice high rise view outside. Love the premium suite here. And the convenience around the area. The management needs to improve on the hotel’s customer service especially at the lobby, for checking in and out. 3 times booked a room there - but often met with cold reception. The younger ones were immature. Overheard in Malay their comments. Better keep their sarcasm to themselves. We book a hotel room to chill...

"We were satisfied for the price we paid for our stay. Property was essentially a serviced apartment, however the doors and corridors as well as some parts of our rooms were worn. The room was generally clean and comfortable. We were served by Nick at the front counter and she was very welcoming and thoughtful. Walking distance to Legoland although we did not visit it this trip. "
