There are only 3 lifts but they work very efficiently. I stayed at 19th floor but didn't have to wait long every time I press for the lift. The staff are courteous, and breakfast is excellent. On the whole, an excellent experience at Amari.

Coming back for the fifth time says a lot. Our regular haunt, which never fails to disappoint. Check in was seamless, and we were surprised to be allocated the highest floor of our stays so far. Upon check in, the room was clean and tidy. We were presented with complimentary amenities which was another pleasant surprise. Only gripe we had was some minor defects which did not affect the condition of our stay whatsoever. Looking forward to be back!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and professional—special thanks to the team who checked us in for their excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained—kudos to Mr. Sharul for outstanding housekeeping! Every detail was perfect. The hotel’s prime location was a huge plus—just a short distance from City Square and Komtar JBCC Mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back for another short getaway with family! Keep up the fantastic work!
