"Stacey, had cleaned our room to a very high standard, everything, we needed, fresh linen,etc, spotless, excellent!!! Reception staff, very welcoming, informative, &, helpful,. Very comfortable bed, &, very quiet, considering building work across from hotel going on. Samantha in the restaurant was an excellent host, polite, friendly, &, helpful, very hard worker, &, good food."

"Stayed on a Friday night . Availed if happy hour with beautiful live jazz band music in the background. Staff so genuinely friendly . Interior decor is gorgeous. Normally book a 4 star hotel but this stay has changed our minds ! Well done falstaff ! "

"Good value hotel accomodation. Free parking. Helpful staff. Yes the hotel is dated definitely not contemporary..look out for the bird pictures. the gold bobble wall decorations, the few steps up to first floor ( not sure how that worked!), the fish tank and the school hall looking breakfast room...but....the rooms are very clean, towels clean, great simple breakfast (lovely waffles) and all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again"
