Bad things first, we didn't get a room clean and replenish on first day - don't know why we had the door card out but it wasn't done, about three in the afternoon we had a knock on the door asking if we needed anything. Park Inn by Radisson Palace Southend-on-Sea
Room was clean, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, two heaters provided so nice and warm, lots of towels. Could've done with a few more pillows for the bed and I couldn't find the TV remote.

The Lower Bell
The hotel was amazing it was clean and comfy, I only stayed for 1 night, the only problem with my room was there was no where to sit and work other then on the bed, a corner desk would fix that when I had a shower and turned the heat up there was no real way to turn it down and they didn’t do food ...

The place was huge the value wonderful parking right out back great people food, just walk everywhere myself wife and daughter came all the way from the USA and couldn't have ask for better.
