"The property was of an ideal size for us and our 15 months baby. It is very quite, surrounded by fruit trees orchards and farm fields. Despite arriving later than expected, Steve was present to welcome us and brief us on the house an surroundings. The cottage is in good condition, especially the kitchen and bathroom that look almost new. The kitchen is very well equipped. "We were in Canterbury for a university graduation. Location was perfect for walkability of town restaurant and trains and busses as we were traveling without a car. Beds were very comfortable and linen clean. Nice little garden out back. "

"I liked that it was somewhat secluded and private. The house has a strong musty smell but is clean and neat. It is quite near to the cathedral and many restaurants and shops. The train stations are easily walkable. I would not suggest renting a car as parking is expensive."
