"Very old and tired hotel. Room could do with a make over and a clean. TV remote was filthy, stale smell in room, soap dish fell off the wall then touched. "

"The hotel needs a lot of care and attention , cleaning which is a most. other parts need cleaning.I use the GYM when I was there, Equipment's need updated , .Lot of other places are rusted, meaning to old , good clean down.Needs a better fan for bathroom /shower, especially when having to do ANOTHER 2 IN THE toilet. NEEDS MORE STRONGER SUCTIONS. WINDOWS NEED CLEANING PLENTY COBWEBS IN EVERY AREAS. Rubbish even outside the areas need to be emptied daily, Areas where you are aloud to smoke...

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "It was a scam I was messed around on the phone several times while I was waiting for yet another call from them the owner of the house turned up and wondered why I was stood outside his property he was very shocked when I showed him his address on the booking confirmation please beware"
