"This hotel is in the middle of Birmingham, within walking distance to the Bullring and New Street Station, so ideal for an overnight stay. I would recommend the Executive Rooms, whilst you pay a minimal amount more, they are of a much better quality than the other rooms. I had a slight issue on my last stay but the reception staff sorted it immediately. "

"Great location, great staff, clean rooms. I really enjoyed my stay. The only caveat is that most of the rooms have windows facing an internal courtyard and are relatively close to opposing room windows which are less than 20 feet away. You can clearly look into other rooms and vice versa. They have curtains of course but having these drawn all the time can be a tad depressing. I said to hell with privacy and left them open all the time (apologies to anyone looking into my room's window at any particularly delicate moment). :-o"

"Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Good location. Desk staff slightly disorganized. Slightly touristy area for business travel but nice to walk around in the evening."

"The location was perfect. Close to a few tube stations. The free washer and dryer was so helpful. Didn’t even need to pack soap. We really appreciated the ice machine and filtered water dispenser with provided refillable bottles. Would stay here again."
