"Lovely location and nice breakfast. As a corporate hotel it was missing a few of the more considerate gestures. We were only allowed one coffee pod on arrival. No fresh milk provided. Room seemed a little sparse. No air con in the reception which felt very muggy in 80% humidity."

"I am going to start by stating this hotel is no way near 5 stars. It either needs reclassifying as a 3.5-4 star hotel or Palladium Group need to completely refurb this hotel in the winter season. I had read the food was good at this hotel, I beg to differ. The buffet restaurant serves bland food & overcooked meat. "My daughter and I stayed here in July and it was a mad house. Very busy day and night, getting a pool chair was difficult and the person that checked us in was a bit rude. The hotel in general is nice and the location is convenient. The staff at the pool bar were also very kind so that was nice. I don’t think I would stay here again unless it was low season."
