"The room was clean and well made up when we arrived.However, on some occasions, housekeeping missed washing cups or wiping down surfaces. The location is absolutely fantastic if you wanna walk everywhere, we really enjoyed it. I can say our room was very quiet despite the hotel being on a very busy street. We were very close to Trafalgar.Square. it was great to be able to send out clothes for cleaning, but expensive. It was also great that there was a complimentary washer and dryer that automatically added soap. however, there was only one of each unit and the capacities were small and there was sometimes a wait to use the machines. The food in the restaurant downstairs was good. Although a little expensive and across the street was a great little pub, called the Sherlock, which was great to go for lunch or dinner or just a couple drinks. We didn't spend much time in our hotel room except to sleep, but found that the TV service was lacking options. And even the streaming required streaming from a phone and connection was not always reliable. I would definitely stay there again despite any issues I encountered."
