"Loved the location, clean, but very very difficult to get anyone from guest services and house keeping. Concierge and the staff in the lobby helping with luggage are very good and helpful. The tub is deep and very difficult to step out of. Direction in how to use the shower should be included. We were in London in June 3926 during the heat wave, air conditioner temp set by hotel and guests are unable to change. They tell you they will bring you a fan or heater if you need it. No lotion...

"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"
