"Fabulous place will def stay again. Right in the hub of soho with lots to do see and drink. Really close to theatre land. Didn’t feel vulnerable at all being on my own. Lots of professional working in the desks downstairs. Vending machines for snacks and coffee/tea machine in main area. Room was great i slept so well. Think i would choose bottom level next time as steps up were a little narrow. Temperature control and funky lights in the pod. Bathroom across the corridor very clean and private...

"Very disappointing experience and poor service. We arrived at 6 pm but had to wait two hours in the lobby because the room was incorrectly prepared. We had requested three single beds for a trip with my parents, but the room had a king-size bed instead. The manager said it would take 15 minutes to fix, but we waited for two hours. When we finally entered the room, there were only two cups for three guests. Slippers were refused because they were not included in our plan, and basic amenities...

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"
