"This is a very basic hotel. The bar and reception areas are ok, but the bedroom was in desperate need of a re-furb (mildew in the bathroom). Queues for the lifts, and the stairs didn't seem like they were intended for public use (flaking paint on concrete, leading to an emergency exit). No tea/coffee making tray in the bedroom. Saw several mice in the bedroom! On the plus side, very well located in central London, and it was cheap!"

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much."

"The hotel location in the Hyde Park neighborhood is a plus with many amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, markets and a huge park in a walkable distance. Also, the access to public transportation is close by. The customer service from the hotel staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful.
