Self check in, have to activate your own key cards, charge £15 per bag if you would like them to store luggage on day of arrival or departure! never experienced anywhere else not sure if it's a london thing.. "the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"The hotel is located in a prime location, the staff was super nice and the accomodations addequate. The only thing that dissapointed was the bathroom and the furniture, it definately needs an upgrade, but the shower head and water pressure were great, but it was an old tub that show rust and it was a bit dangerous going in and out of it, I wish they upgrade to showers, more safe and convenient. The concierge staff and the staff at the check in desk were absolutely deligtful. I will go back again...
