"Pros: Clean room, air conditioning was nice, and the location was great. So close to so many shops, food, theaters etc. Hotel is also right next to the underground. "Good location, much nicer quality than many I've stayed at in the area, beautiful lobby & helpful staff (24/7 reception, coffee machine in the foyer). We were on the 2nd floor which was fine to get to without a lift, even in the heatwave - good aircon in rooms. The room was small but felt much larger with how it was laid out, the inset wardrobe etc. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble.
