"Great location, room was very clean and tidy, however there was this smell (cant really describe, if it smelled like paint or it was just because the hotel is old). Walls at the corridor side, at least were the room was, too thin. Heard everytime my „neighbors“ door closed."

Rated the cleanliness 4/5 only because if you move the mattress in the pods to make your bed then you'll see that under the mattress needs some attention. Good selection of snacks and drinks (both alcoholic and soft drinks) in the vending machines in the common area on the ground floor. Coffee is good also from the machines. "clean room but too tight. staff are very friendly and helpful overall brit is a good hotel especially how they take good care of our stuff. the only thing i could recommend is the lift or elevator i hope one day you would consider putting a lift esp for travellers like us with too many luggage."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"I made a mistake booking the hotel as it was further away from LHR. I reached out to them within 30 minutes of the one night booking and they refuse to cancel the reservation. Mind you, it was the same evening 9/08/2026 that LHR shut down completely sooo demand was extremely high. Whatever, it is what it is but I thought cancelling within an hour of booking should be allowed. At Least refund half the $$."
