"Bathroom is not private, paid for the most expensive room and did not even get a proper bathroom. Initially had the family room booked to stay with my cousin but I had to get 2 double rooms since it was a glass door as a bathroom. Staff also later charged me an extra £80. Breakfast was good though, idk tbh if you are on your own it’s okay but if you are travelling with more than 1 person it’s best if everyone got their own rooms. The bathrooms are the same in every room."
