"The hotel’s air conditioning we broke. View was nice. Front desk staff helpful. Expedia was terrible to work with. Could not speak to a person when there was a problem. Front desk staff had to call 2x, took about 45 minutes to get checked in!!!"

"I'd never stayed in a hostel before so I was nervous of everything people say about hostels. I had no need to be worried. Staff were super helpful when I first got there as I prefer having a key rather than using my phone, so they set me up with that, and were more than happy to ensure I had a lower bed due to my disability. The solo traveller meet up is a fantastic idea, and the free drink which comes with it was a fantastic bonus. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, it was just a shame...

"The breakfast was great and although basic the rooms serve their purpose. The big issue for us was the noise on the corridors at night. Loads of kids running back and forth and shouting until midnight and then hammering on doors in the morning. Clearly a school or summer camp group but no supervision from adults."

"The hostel is about 600m from the Baixador de Vallvidrera station, to the hostel if you are on foot, it will be a little tiring because it is up the street to the hostel. Check-in is being done at the restaurant. The pool that is informed in the description is not working. In my stay the WI-FI didn't work either (the hostel said it would solve the problem). "For a solo traveler with jammed packed days outside of the hotel, this is a good economical spot. There is a cost to “rent” a towel of £5, per towel. And to safeguard your personal items within your capsule, you will need to have a lock already or purchase one at the front desk. Showers could be better with the added ability to adjust temperature (some people like it cooler). Good stay overall."
