"Staff were super nice and the location was quiet and accessible by tube. The room I stayed in was clean, it had a sink in the room, lights and charging ports for each person, and lockers. Bathrooms were clean too. It’s a simple place so don’t expect anything extravagant. The pillows are slightly uncomfortable but if you need a clean and safe place to stay for a few nights this is perfect. "

"Perfect hotel pre and post flight from Heathrow. Room is clean and beds comfortable. Very clean throughout. Nice selection of restaurants and lounges in the combined lobby. Loved the fact that we could walk into the airport!! Breakfast was outstanding. Price point was great especially when you factor in not having to pay for an airport shuttle and breakfast. The hallways are very long and a room can be far from the lift. "
"Rooms need updating. Furniture is worn, curtains are very dusty. Our room had very visible signs of a leak in the ceiling. Waits for elevators are long and be prepared to stop at every floor going up and down. Despite the variety, breakfast is lacking in flavor. Coffee is instant, no creamer options. Ended up skipping altogether after the first morning and spent additional money elsewhere. The view of Tower Bridge is great and proximity to Tower Hill tube is a plus. This hotel is just “ok”. Gets you by a few nights, but not the place to stay for 8 nights like we did. Not recommendable and would skip it."
"As you arrived at the hotel everything smelt lovely. The service ar the front desk was excellent, in fact all the staff were helpful and courteous. Hotel was spotless, room spacious and breakfast excellent."
"The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s.
Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed at, but a good size, with a nice bathroom and decent amenities.
My only comment is that it would be nice if there was a mirror by the desk so that it can be used as a dresser.
The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet, no slamming doors through the night like in other hotels. A very enjoyable stay. "
"The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and nice at check in. Something to be aware of - the noise from the street was quite loud during the night. However I travel with earplugs and was expecting that in a hotel so central in London, so it didn’t cause me any major issues. The heater also wasn’t very warm but the room wasn’t super cold without it.
The location is great, a very short walk to King’s Cross, and about a half hours walk into Soho/the west end if you’re in town for theatre!"
"Great location!
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to everything.
The bedroom was very clean and spacious - the bed was super comfortable and the pillow and duvet were perfect! The only improvement would be either a heated towel rail in the bathroom or heated floor as it was a little cold however the robe and slippers provided rectified this!!"
"Great location, handy for restaurants, shops and the tube station.
Lovely staff, very kind and helpful.
The hotel is new, freshly renovated and in top top condition. "
