"Almost outside the front drive there are bus stops which is handy as The Tyndall is located on a steepish hill leading to Bear Flat above Bath where there are local shops and a pub. quite easy on the eye. It's nicely decorated throughout and kept very clean. Our room was on the ground floor and fitted with a kingsize Hypnos bed which was very comfortable indeed. The staff are very attentive and keen to help. "

"The description on Expedia did not mention that the family rooms have shared washrooms. Not the hotel's fault, but still an irritant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Room 7 was almost like a little cottage. It’s a small room with a massive bathroom (with heated flooring). I would definitely stay there again. The made to order breakfast was delicious!"
