"The hotel does not supply enough water to hydrate me and my two roommates. On top of that, the restroom is too small. And not only that, it stinks too. This facility should invest in better health and hygine management. Overall, this whole place"

"The hotel was dirty! sheets were stained and I was not sure if they had even been changed as there were hair in the bed and on the pillows. The stairs needed a good hoover, there were beds left in the bar and mattress at the bottom of the stairs, the lift would take ages to close the doors as the doors would stick, we gave up a couple of times and just walked up the stairs. Breakfast was very disappointing. The only good thing was the Seaview. I would avoid this hotel, I wish we did."

"Great property with unique setting being an old monastery. We thought we had booked a room with A/C but there wasn’t. They moved us to a room with A/C at no additional cost."

"The room was fairly clean but we were placed in a disabled room with a shower room where the water leaked over the floor a lot. We placed towels down so it was fine, just a slight nuisance. Other downfall was that there was no natural light in the room we were placed in as there were grills on the windows that couldn’t be turned to let light in. Sometimes useful to let some natural air and light in the room. I had thought I booked a double room for 2 adults, but our beds were separated so had...
