"The AC worked great. The room was spacious with high ceilings. Bathroom was just fine. The front entrance is a little tricky because you need to use a code in a couple of spots to enter, and check in is on 3rd floor. The layout is not traditional, but divided up in sections. Also, the room itself was on 2 levels, so people with walkers or wheelchairs need to ask about having a room and bathroom all on one level. Hotel provided laundry service for a reasonable fee. "The place was very spacious and clean. However, finding the key box and entering the house was very difficult even with video instructions. They advertised having an airport shuttle and upon request we were informed it wasn’t offered. We had a late night flight and had a difficult time navigating and getting inside of the house."
