"I think this place is pretty new. The pros are, rooms were clean, pillows were comfortable, shower was spacious, AC worked well, location was great. The cons were there was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, a bottle of hand soap not in the bathroom was the only toiletry, the staff took a while to arrive at the check in counter during check in time, you could hear everything from basically every point in this building (i’m talking children screaming, people at the check in counter...

"The room was very dusty, there were dirty socks behind the bedside cabinet, the vinyl on the headboard was peeling off. The shower door frames were filthy, the shower mat was disgusting, there wasn't a plug in the handbasin. The door to the en-suite bathroom looked as if it had been kicked in as the handle/lock area was smashed with large splinters of rough wood sticking out so it couldn't close properly or lock. There are no USB charging points in the room!! this is most unusual these...

"The location of this hotel was good (close to attractions) as well as the friendly staff, those are the positives. The hotel itself isn't very nice. It's hard to find first of all (it's in a sketchy alley, that doesn't feel like you're in the right place). You also have to drag your luggage up a lot of stairs to your room, as there is no elevator as well as no one to help you. The room itself was quite small and stuffy."

"The Edwin Hotel is a first class hotel. The overall cleanliness of the property is flawless, spotless throughout. The room was a good enough size and the heating was perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The staff are some of the most helpful and friendly people I have met at a hotel and made my stay a joy. Given the age of the hotel, I was impressed by the quality of the WiFi as I was able to browse and watch videos from my room without issue. The location is a stones throw from Earls Court...

"Very convenient location near a metro station. The rooms are on the 3rd floor of an older building, which has its own charm. Room is relatively large with plenty of natural light. It should be noted that the front desk is only there until 1pm. Overall highly recommended for the location and cleanliness of the room."
