"The place was very spacious and clean. However, finding the key box and entering the house was very difficult even with video instructions. They advertised having an airport shuttle and upon request we were informed it wasn’t offered. We had a late night flight and had a difficult time navigating and getting inside of the house."

Lots of steps to some rooms & around the grounds mean it’s difficult for people with mobility issues. The catering arrangements are ok with the Queens cafe food good but limited choice, seating feels like you are sitting in a corridor due to the open plan design.
