"Staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is the best. We did not need to use any public transportation since its location is walkable to places we wanted to see. Train station is right across the street. 24/7 McDonald’s right downstairs and a mini grocery store. Caffès and restaurants are just nearby too. "This is a good place to stay near Rome Fiumicino (FCO) on the inbound and outbound leg of an Italy trip. Ilaria checked me in and was very helpful explaining access and entry to the property. The room has limited amenities for a long-term stay but is an affordable option near the airport. Highly recommended if you are accustomed to no-frills travel."

Lots of steps to some rooms & around the grounds mean it’s difficult for people with mobility issues.
