"Didn’t realise it was university accommodation that’s been let for the summer. The room was basic but comfortable and functional. The bar wasn’t open when we went at 20.30 which had been advertised as being available. Check-in staff forgot to give us our breakfast coupons, so we had to go back and get them. "Room filthy and falling apart wardrobe door fell on my child. Tv hanging on by one screw staff rude. Breakfast basic and waiting for stuff to come out kitchen. Hasnt seen a duster or hoover in a long time"
