"It's dorm accommodation, that's ok, For what you pay for this location, that is good value. No tv, no fridge and no AC (was a hot summer). Daily housekeeping was hit and miss, no toiletries replaced in 5 days, coffee and sugar was a lucky dip. Admin was a disaster. Checking in was a nightmare. Late checkout was organized only to come back to the room to be locked out and our stuff moved. No one told the next shift. Cheap for this part of London, but you only get what you pay for."
