"The room has squeaky floors. There was nothing good about this place. The coffee in the lobby area was dreadful for Italy. The room was very basic. We needed towels and they said they provide towels every 3 days. Still got them but it was ridiculous that they would say that. The site makes it seem like a nice place but it wasn’t at all"

"Great location, lots of shopping and site seeing at your door. Breakfast wast good. A little noisy because of all the construction in near by properties. Like very noisy( you will not be sleeping in here) besides that it’s a very nice place. Beware there are a lot of stairs!"
