"DO NOT try to use this property. I booked them through Expedia for a last minute place to stay due to transportation cancellations and other issues. They refused entry to my group plus two others. When calling the number on the property description I confirmed before heading there, but when I got there they refused entry and stated THEY DO NOT ACCEPT Expedia reservations and that I needed to contact Expedia directly. "Sonia was lovely and couldn’t do more for us. This was a quick stay as we had a 2 day pass to Disney but were staying 1 1/2 hours drive away from the park. Due to watching the fireworks, we didn’t arrive until late but this wasn’t a problem. We were also served a perfect breakfast the next morning. Thank you Sonia💕"

"Lovely small family run B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the complimentary soft drinks available in the hot weather. We had one small issue with a dripping air con unit but that was fixed a couple of days into our stay. Perfectly located within 10 mins walk of Eiffel Tower and lots of places to eat. Would recommend and book again!"

"Jean-Brice was a perfect host. His breakfast was made by himself and so delicious. He is a nice man. We had a room for two people with a shower and sink. The bathroom was across our room, but that wasn't bad at all. The district is great, close to the Eiffel Tower."

"We landed in Paris early in the morning, and they were able to let us check in early. Even if we hadn’t gotten to check in early, they could hold the luggage for us. In addition, we loved the people watching out the windows. The breakfast was nice to have before starting our sightseeing around Paris! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend! "

"The rooms were clean and beds really comfortable. Well positioned for both the metro and bus stops. Claire was an amazing host who gave us tips and advice about travel. Breakfast was delicious and different everyday. Parking was arranged for us in a secure underground spot too. As a family of 4 we had the upper 2 rooms with our own shared toilet and bathroom which also had its own door entry. Highly recommended staying here!"
