"I have stayed her a few times now and always 3njoy my stay. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. Breakfast service is often busy but buffet is well stocked with a good choice."

"Great hotel in a good location. Helpful stafff. Spacious and comfortable room. Only issue was that the restraunt was closed due to a private party until quite late. Wasn't informed during checkin which would have been nice. Plenty of places to eat across the river though."

"We arrived a couple of hours early and the girl on reception was so helpful in getting us a couple of rooms that were available to enable us to check in early. The Hotel was in a good location with great bar used for meals and breakfast very good selection of food on both menus. We would certainly stay at Sandman again on our next trip down to Newcastle."
