"Overall, not a terrible stay, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. The biggest issue was the check-in process. It was more complicated than expected, and I only found out at the last minute that I had to pay a deposit before I could receive the access code. This is something I've never experienced with a hotel before, so it was a bit frustrating. Once I was in, the stay itself was fine, but the check-in experience left a poor first impression."

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...
