"The hotel was disgustingly. It stank of cigarettes. Chose it as conveniently close to Anfield for a match we were attending. The room was filthy. Dust everywhere No bin. No tea or coffee facilities as advertised. Not even a bin in the room. Tv didn’t work. Only 1 towel for 2 of us. Bathroom dusty and shower was filthy. Toilet cistern dripped all night. Couldn’t wait to leave. Please avoid."

"This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Innside in Liverpool. We treated ourselves to a townhouse room for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The bath was a real highlight. The room was large and had a separate living area, it was spotlessly clean. We started in the sky bar, we’ve been a number of times before and it’s always a treat. Great service and the food and cocktails were fabulous. We went for a chill in the room and then out for dinner. We came back and slept really well, the bed was very comfortable. We were up quite early and went down for breakfast. It was self service, with a great cup of coffee. There was a really good choice, my husband had the full English and said it was lovely! All in all, we had a fabulous stay, would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely come back!"

"Lovely clean room. Comfortable beds . Complimentary tea and coffee, tv, hairdryer etc. Excellent self service breakfast, plenty of choice to suit all tastes. No noise from the neighbours thankfully. Occasionally heard sirens from the street as it is close to a police station. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again."

"This was a great find! The room was great, especially considering the price. The kitchen was stocked, including a relatively large mini fridge. The area was also centrally located. All of the staff were great, but we have to give a special shout out to Liz, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!"
