I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. It was more complicated than expected, and I only found out at the last minute that I had to pay a deposit before I could receive the access code. This is something I've never experienced with a hotel before, so it was a bit frustrating. Once I was in, the stay itself was fine, but the check-in experience left a poor first impression."
