"Lovely stay in an ideal location. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again."

"So many of the staff we encountered were wonderfully welcoming and seemed happy to have us there. The food was of the utmost quality and even after a week, we hadn't tried all the breakfast options. On a map, the hotel appears not to be in the centre of things, and, while this is true, I was glad of it. It was usually no more than a 5-10 minute walk to anything that interested us but, beyond that, this meant we slept on a very quiet street with no exterior noise permeating the walls. This is...

"This hotel was a great find. Rooms clean, spacious and comfy. Location was perfect for walking into Bath and with parking on site. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. However the breakfast and service was disappointing and didn’t live up to the standard of everything else. With so many eating places in Bath we definitely advice skipping breakfast here."

"Good location. Great staff. Parking close by."

"Clean room. Shops nearby in town."

It was written on a piece of paper at his desk and she was told to read it herself. She thought it was funny how grumpy he was - but I was less than...

"Our stay at Windsor Townhouse was absolutely excellent. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...

"We had the best stay here for my birthday ! The room was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding, a little further out than we normally stay but well worth the extra few minutes walk"
