"You are staying on a small college campus, so it is very safe & secure. There were some events going on, but overall the campus was quiet. Room was large, clean & comfortable & had good wifi. Very short walk to SoHo, West End & several Tube stations. There are a lot of bars/restaurants around but most of them close early due to it being a smaller neighborhood. Overall I would definitely stay again!"

"Would definitely book W12 Rooms again. Very friendly staff and quick service. Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. There’s a shop literally next door for all groceries, etc The tube is just across the road so it was perfect location for us going to Wembley to see Oasis. Thank you! "

"This was an awesome place to stay in London. The hotel staff was very helpful in meeting our needs, both in the hotel and in finding our way around London. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, and 2 minutes from Pimlico Tube Station, one Tube stop from Victoria Station, and a bus stop almost across the street. Good restaurants and a grocery store within 2-5 minutes, which was important at the end of the day! "

"Very good accommodation and location for the price paid. Room was compact but very clean with good shower and bathroom facilities. Kettle and tea/coffee in room was great to have. Checkin and departure was smooth, with friendly front desk staff who are on hand 24 hrs. Would definitely recommend "

"Absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do Basically drop iur bags and sleep there 10 minutes walk from kings cross station so perfectly handy for us As we went to wembley and tottenham hotspur stadium for concerts there It was cheap for london and served a purpose for what we needed it for its perfect tho if you are not staying in the hotel all day like us we literally dropped our bags and slept there Staff are very friendly as well A costa coffee luterally across the road "
