"We stayed here twice during our recent trip to Thailand. The rooms were on the smaller side, but there was enough room for us and our luggage. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was attached to the BTS and within a 2 minute walk to the MRT. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Bangkok. "
"This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff.
The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation.

"I stayed there for over a week and really liked it. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice, but I booked it last minute because of its proximity to a facility I was visiting. Despite my initial hesitation, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
First of all, it's much more affordable than other hotels in the area. I stayed in the new tower, which was clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and I was especially impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Every encounter was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help.
While there aren't many in-house dining options, the area is surrounded by restaurants, so I didn't really miss it. The location is also convenient, close to a subway station with easy access to taxis and rideshares.
