The room that I had was very clean, and with all the desirable amenities such as aircon, dining table, safe, big TV and washing machine. The staff were, in one word, awesome! "Loved that there was a 7 11 just outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big which was great cause it gave us enough space to lay our luggage. Water was replenished every day. Beds were very comfortable. Nothing we did not like but perhaps a hook in the shower area to hang our clothes would have been helpful. "

"I really had an excellent stay. Just be aware the Japanese onsen on site comes at an $20 extra cost per entry (the day pass is misleading as it means one entry but you can stay as long as you want. I still recommend it it’s very clean. The restaurant by the pool is great. Great service and convenient for remote workers. The restaurant from the rooftop offers different choices and a fabulous view at night."

"Honestly for the price the hotel is perfect. Most notably there is an atm in the lobby, Lek massage which is one of the best massage chains in Bangkok, very decent breakfast, a shuttle to the sky train, a convenience store on the property, great restaurants in the area, etc."
