"Loved the stay but housekeeping needs to tighten up. Room 405 didn’t have kitchen utensils or towels when I arrived. The top of the shelves and fridge was dusty. Same with light bulbs. I would suggest in the coming month to do random checks in every room bc it’s pretty unacceptable when it’s a serviced apartment. "The staff were not overly friendly, but it was fine as we didn’t spend much time there. The WiFi in the room was terrible. The pool area was nice though, the room was comfortable and the location is excellent, so convenient for the BTS line, which has an entrance directly from the station into the hotel. I’d stay again."
