"Las instalaciones estaban como nuevas, las habitaciones limpias y era cómodo estar allí, la ubicación bastante céntrica cerca de centro comerciales, justo al frente tienes tienda de conveniencia y la vida nocturna de es buena en la zona!"

"First and foremost the staff here are phenomenal, very friendly, extremely helpful, they get you good prices on excursions and transportation if needed. The staff got me a good deal on ringside seats to a muay thai fight and a cab cheaper than grab (the local transportation service) to pattaya ( a long haul trip). However beware, if you get one of the large hotel suites (with the kitchenette and washer/dryer in room) it is not in the main hotel but the hotel behind called euro classic Condominium. The building is very old and although the interiors of the suites are charming, the exteriors and hallways of the hotel look a bit rundown"

"Good value hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The staff are helpful, the porter was always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel looks like it might be due a bit of redecoration and have some newer stuff bought, like the towels at the pool for example. The TV didn't work too well in the room."
