"We have stayed in many hotels and honestly the staff, cleanness and the services here were top notch! Have nothing to say except THANK YOU for making it great stay for us as it was our anniversary and wife bday present. very friendly staff and room was cleaned daily without even us asking for it. and when i say clean not just regular cleaning services you see, they would fold your cloths and go through the whole thing kinda services daily. honestly amazing and the location to everything was walkable. "Stayed here several times. Checkin is always easy and straightforward. Breakfast vouchers great. Good choice of bacon/eggs/toast and all the usual breakfast items. The pool has adequate shade areas. Rooms are comfortable and clean, although you can tell by some of the odors that the previous occupant did NOT abide by Non-smoking room. All over a very pleasant experience. Good bars very close by. "This hotel is older. I first stayed there in 2002 and chose to return as it is familiar, near to BST station and with lots of nearby convenience shops. The room was large and clean, the beds comfy and good aircon. There was a mix up with booking for breakfast being only for one person yet the room for 2 persons but this was rectified. It feels safe here and the staff although busy are friendly."

First of all, it's much more affordable than other hotels in the area. I stayed in the new tower, which was clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and I was especially impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Every encounter was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help.
While there aren't many in-house dining options, the area is surrounded by restaurants, so I didn't really miss it. The location is also convenient, close to a subway station with easy access to taxis and rideshares.

"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
