"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

"Old toiletries had not been cleaned out of the shower and the wardrobe had food bits on it."

"The stay was very good, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The only problem was probably the checking time being 3pm mid afternoon. but other than that there was no issue."
