"Hands down, this is the best property I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. I’ll definitely return anytime I visit. The front desk guy was incredibly friendly and checked me in swiftly. As we walked up to our room, my family and I stopped by the cool vending machine to grab a frozen yogurt. We then took the elevator to the sixth floor. My room was spotless and smelled fresh. "As soon as I walked in to my room, I called the front desk. I requested that Sean someone to place the two very heavy closet doors back in their tracks so we can use the closet. They never sent anyone. We had to hang our clothes around the room. Some areas in the walkways had missing stone work. Place is nice, but not Paradise at all. Shame"
