"Cute beach-themed room - excellent location and beach view! Fantastic breakfast and staff was super helpful and friendly. Beach supplies provided - even a complimentary Uber to downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hot tub wasn’t heating, we stayed in Matheson house. The rooms are charming and well located, parking is close to entry, the park is lovely, and the Breakfast delicious. Will definitely stay again."

"For me, the lobby was great! But once I stepped out the elevator, the hallways felt old and worn. It was a little gloomy as well. The carpet was definitely in need of replacement. The lighting in the bathroom area and shower is not bright enough and the shower head needs replacing. Also there is nowhere to put your own soap in the shower. I’m not using those ones hanging in the shower…"

"The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

"Walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING. The A/C unit is also extremely loud that you cannot even hear the tv at normal volume over it. The mattress is very firm, no pillowtop for sure. Was only there for one night, would probably look elsewhere next time in town. "
