"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel after our trip to Switzerland this was our last stop before coming home to America , when I arrived no one greeted us no one help us with our luggage there are some security guys on the front Lubby entrance and they asked where I was going if I’m looking for Lubby I have 4 luggage they told me to go upstairs never jump to assist , once I checked in I asked the lady is there anyone to help out bringing our luggage ? She responded if you like I can call...

"Loved our stay here , the bed and pillows were extremely comfy and the quilt cosy , we were in a room that slept 6 , although adequate I think the room would be too small for 6 , we were a party of 4 , 3 adults and 1 child for 3 nights and had to choreograph our movements around each other, also the room could do with some more hanging hooks and shelf space , maybe floating ones would work as there is a shortage of places to put toiletries etc. I wasn’t keen on the frosted glass sliding door...
