"Was very excited to stay here, but deeply disappointed in the front desk staff (other than Guidette). We appeared to be an annoyance to them - and continued to talk about us in Italian (even though we spoke the language). The restaurant staff and bar staff were excellent - top tier - aside from being made fun of for laughing and having fun….. The cleaning staff did ‘ok’ (did not bring extra tissues, did not bring towels) but the rooms are very small and there is a step into the bathroom, which...

"First, we arrived, the room and pool were wonderful. Then when we arrived back to the room after leaving for dinner there was a small lizard, we went to the desk nothing was done, so we named it and shared our room with the lizard. We asked for amenities, starting around twelve, some tea, milk for it, some hot chocolate. We ordered again after hours went by no delivery, and nothing was delivered. We tried to call the front desk, and it did not work. So we went down, we asked for packets/...

"Friendly staff and clean place but only giving it 3 stars because of the location. The location of this place is soooo bad! It’s super far from the city center and the transportation to get there is just as bad. Busses are always late as well so it’s not very convenient."

"Really cute and beautiful room and hotel overall, with artistic design and nice amenities. The lobby is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also at the heart of the downtown at the historic center; making everything a walking distance. However, certain items in our room didn't work properly. For example the the toilet flush took extremely long to refill, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable."

"Apart from the WiFi sucking and front desk not really knowing much about things like buses or where to get a phone charger, the overall experience was very good, the pool nice and the rooms great too. Restaurant food was high quality. All in all would def recommend if you don’t mind a commute into town which is the price for a nice pool and pretty location. Staff could smile more too … just a suggestion"
