"The hotel was nice and the pools were clean. It was in a beautiful location and gives a very chill vibe. The problem is, you’d always have to wait for the buggy service which isn’t always available if you want to go anywhere from the lobby, or you’d have to walk up a hill. We also had a problem with the phone in the room, it never worked and the workers never did anything about it. We couldn’t reach the front desk unless we physically go talk to them in the lobby. "We had a great experience staying at The Nature in Phuket. For a portion of our stay we stayed in the Deluxe Room and for the other portion we stayed in the Deluxe Pool Access Room. Both rooms were almost identical apart from how close you were to the pools. We also noticed that in the Pool Access Room that rather than there being 2 beds being squished together it was one big bed. "We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "
