"St James is nicely positioned near Times Square with options for eating nearby. Room was simple and in good condition. Air conditioner was a bit noisy and so was the sound from the street in our room. Overall happy with our stay."

"Very safe, lots of food choices, and 15-20 minutes walkable to a lot of New York's finest destinations. The edge, the Empire State building, the NY Library, 30 Rock, Times Square and the theater district are all within short walking distance. The NY art Museums and Central Park are all on the same C subway line right outside of the hotel. "

"We received excellent service from the get go which made the celebration of our 45th wedding anniversary a most enjoyable and memorable one. I must take a moment to thank the hospitality team and in particular Leni, the main house lady on the 14th floor, Fairmont Gold, for her warm and welcoming smiles and service as well as the staff in allowing us to see and dance in the Concert Hall wherein we got married 45 years ago.
