"Hotel was very clean, very well organized and staff were friendly. The room furniture and amenities were modern, just the carpets look a little dated. Had no problems checking in and checking out. Security were able to hold out bags the day we checked out so we could explore the city a little without the worry of where our bags would be. Housekeeping came very early in the morning though which was a surprise, so make sure to leave your do not disturb sign out!"

The people at the front desk continually bent over backwards to help me and my wife. Even the gentleman that helped us with our luggage secured a ride to the airport in a very nice vehicle less than Uber Not to mention, Hell’s kitchen is a fantastic venue for restaurants and things to do"
