"The location was great everything was on walking distance…that was a plus! The hotel its self was nice and clean most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating until I checked into my room. My room was 7005 and it felt like a sauna; I adjusted the air thinking it will eventually get cool but it never did. I called the front desk and told them it’s so hot that it woke me up out of my sleep at around 10 or 11. She said maintenance would come and they never did she didn’t even offer me...
