"I had an absolutely terrible experience staying at the Flamingo in Las Vegas and would never stay here again. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We were told that our room had been given away, which is completely unacceptable considering we had a confirmed reservation. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the person who checked us in was rude, dismissive, and incredibly condescending, making an already frustrating situation even worse. The issues didn’t stop there....

"The breakfast line was long the cost was expensive. After waiting 25 minutes to get in it took them almost an hour before we got our food. They barely had any servers apparently. The room had no refrigerator or coffee maker, I went to a motel 6 in quartzite AZ that had that. I mean I have had a room in near 30 years that didn’t have this. The bars and PTs restaurant were fine. It’s an awful place all in all- go somewhere else. Anywhere else. "

"The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom was dirty and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 3 towels. There were 4 people total. I had to call every day to get a set of towels brought to our room. No housekeeping the entire time even though we requested housekeeping daily. Luckily we weren’t really in the room at all only to sleep. "

"The rooms are very small yet clean. No microwave in the room, however there is a one in the lobby and each room has a fridge."
