The management needs to improve on the hotel’s customer service especially at the lobby, for checking in and out. 3 times booked a room there - but often met with cold reception. "We were satisfied for the price we paid for our stay. Property was essentially a serviced apartment, however the doors and corridors as well as some parts of our rooms were worn. The room was generally clean and comfortable. We were served by Nick at the front counter and she was very welcoming and thoughtful. Walking distance to Legoland although we did not visit it this trip. "
