Great place to bring your kids

We arrived early (11am) and the staff helped us to hasten the check in. Instead of 3pm, they helped us to settle down with our weary children at around 1pm instead. They also provided us with Brolly when we were stuck due to a rain.

We were skeptical about the stay as this is our first time staying at Somerset. It turned out everything was perfect! The location was very convenient and central, just 5 mins walk to Legoland and the medirini mall. We had the 2 room unit and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was such an enjoyable stay!

Quiet and spacious location. About 11 mins walk to Legoland. For time being, breakfast is grab n go due kitchen under renovation. Front desk staff very friendly. Smooth checking in and out.

Cosy couple getaway

The hotel is excellent for its price, great location if visiting Legoland and great food at nearby locations around Bukit Indah (by taxi or car around 5-10 mins). Room condition is very good and room amenities is excellent for a short couple stay. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful during check-in, stay and check-out. Highly recommended!

We were satisfied for the price we paid for our stay. Property was essentially a serviced apartment, however the doors and corridors as well as some parts of our rooms were worn. The room was generally clean and comfortable. We were served by Nick at the front counter and she was very welcoming and thoughtful. Walking distance to Legoland although we did not visit it this trip.

10 min walk to Legoland, through Medini Mall which has food options and a supermarket. Much cheaper than Legoland hotel. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel because it's bento boxes. As some reviews have mentioned, the property is a bit old. It's also next to a hospital so we saw hospital staff and patient/ family in the hotel. Generally the hotel is quiet and clean. Easy enough to go around with Grab.

Pros: Quite close to Legoland, just a few minutes walk, pass through the Mall of Medini, and Legoland is right there. Cons: Not convenient for public transport, however, using Grab App to book a ride is relatively cheap. Only a 7-ELEVEn and a small supermarket nearby. Only a few restaurants and fast food restaurants in the Mall of Medini. The hotel is overall a bit old, maintenance is fair, neats but but just look old. A bit dark inside the toilet and bath, water pressure was weak. Can have deep consideration prior nooking if yoyr travelling aim is noy only for Legoland.

Fantastic Service Apartment for Family

This service apartment is just beside Legoland and Gleneagles Hospital, so if you need to find a place to stay, whether for a family to have fun in Legoland or to visit family members at the hospital, this would be a great place to stay. It is also very near the Tuas Second Link(15-20mins drive). There is a Medini Mall just beside as well. There was a big jam at the customs and we arrived at the hotel just past midnight. The receptionists(1 male and 1 female) were both very friendly and the check in was fast. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It came with 2 bedrooms with 1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms(1 with tub), 1 kitchen and 1 living room. The space is not huge but fine for 4 persons. The rooms were clean and tidy. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. Though there is a kettle, you can also get water from the water dispenser along the corridor. If you are driving, there is a parking charge, though not excessive. For a 3N2D stay, you pay RM10 for unlimited in and out of carpark. I like the room cards which are wooden.
