"The room was clean and the staff were great. The pool was a great addition to our night becore our holiday. It was great to have a fridge in the room but it did seem to have defrosted and had a big puddle inside. Other than that it was fab! "

"For some reason the rooms are always faulty these days this hotel used to be really good there seem to be some sort of maintenance issue and the staff are really unprofessional and brain dead.. such a shame are most the other branches you can’t really find a fault."

"Beautiful place, conveniently located. We had a celebration and we were made to feel very special. Only one very disappointing experience at the Spa marred our stay. Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s."

"We had wonderful 2 nights stay at Hanbury Manor. Beautiful historic building with amazing grounds, lovely spa and restaurant. We had a small problem with our room and Courtney at reception dealt with quickly and professionally. And our room was spacious and clean with lovely view. We had delicious cocktails at the bar made by Chris. He is excellent barman and we enjoyed his recommendations. "The room and communal areas were very clean, the room was beautiful. A few disappointments, we had no instant coffee in the room only coffee pods with no machine, our chosen breakfast wasn’t available and there was some miscommunication with the menu items, and the shower was very slow draining "
