Booked after a days activity at Lea valley - close and easy to get to from hotel in car. Short drive to Waltham cross station if you fancy getting a train a couple of stops into Stratford for shopping. Would visit again. Thanks"

"Staff on reception, in bar area and in restaurant very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only negative feedback is why customers should pay to park on hotel site, this only became apparent after the booking was made so needs to be clearer."

"What let’s this down.. is not advertising more that you have to park in a carpark, not on site.. the recording on Option 4 when you ring them sounds like they’re saying WD17. 2PF, I listen to loads of times then spoke to receptionist and she told me he was WD17 2PS.. but the staff are amazing Askwin (think how spell his name, in the restaurant looks after you like you’re his best friend he can’t do enough for you. Anything you seem to want is never too much trouble. He is friendly and very polite and so helpful… Matthew in Bar and restaurant is very friendly and helpful and again can’t do enough to help you.. these two see to everyone and needs and the rest of the staff are friendly but these two seem to go the extra mile.."
