"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though.
There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group.
And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either.
The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "

"The room was clean, the staff at check in and the restaurant and bar were friendly and very helpful. The dinner menu had not a lot of gluten free choices but there were a couple and the burger was quite good. Breakfast also had gluten free choices, cereals and toast with yoghurts and fruit. "Great location, close to the airport, room was spacious and clean staff were good but need a bit more customer focus and welcoming. I think chairs at the reception is not ideal as an old man was sitting there facing the other side make us confused if that was the main hotel reception or not. Hotel Reception should look more welcoming. Restaurant food and staff were great but a bit more attentive. Overall it was a great sray. "
