"Last minute, late night book due to a flight cancellation. The shuttle came quickly and the staff were kind (even with our sleepy irritated attitudes). This bed was the most comfortable we slept in our entire vacation (4 total). We didn’t have our bags so the toothbrush and toothpaste they gave us were clutch. Thank you for making a horrible night be slightly restored."

"This was our second stay at this location. We booked again because the first time was great. This time, not so much. Every staff member we encountered, except the gentleman outside at the bar, was very rude. We had to switch rooms at 1am after being locked out of the room multiple times that day. Instead of the girl at the front desk calling the manager or maintenance to get the door to work, she called 911 and had the fire department come to break down the door. The room we were moved to was...

"The staff was rude and the room was dirty. The sheets were stained and the bathroom floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The whole place is in a state of disrepair. When I booked it, it had all the hallmarks on a standard business person’s no frills airport hotel but it was closer to a nightmare motel. Avoid this place!"
