"The air conditioning was out the entire night. I ordered room service they duid have what I wanted. I went to eat in the cafe they did have the first choice i made. They couldn't open the doors to our first room they had to change our room."

"It was an inexpensive 3 night stay but I bailed after 2 nights. The neighbors right below my window play very loud music that woke me up at 3am two mornings and practiced drums until late the first night. It wasn’t the hotels fault but 4 hours sleep the first night and 3 hours the second was hard to deal with. The hotel had an exterminator spray the morning or the 3rd day and the smell was very very very strong so I grabbed my bags and checked out. The staff was kind and helpful."

"Overall amenities were excellent. Beach was a bit disappointing though — not sand but very small pebbles. Plus you can’t even swim. When we were there, there was also a big event with 500 people — loud music was playing in the early morning. People had access to the pool which somehow felt invasive to the checked-in guests. People were walking around and using the facilities and some were rowdy. Management should have allocated a special area for them so the privacy of the in-house guests could...

"Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience especially with such an amazing and kind staff at the hotel. One person that really stood out was Mikka Ella Mayol, one of our family members was not feeling too good and she went above and beyond to find us some great herbal tea to help soothe the sickness."

"Hotel is nice and the staff are exception, but it’s dated. The rooms are tiny, there’s no electrical sockets in the bathroom, the shower door stopper caused us to stub our feet many times. I stayed here before in 2019 and the property hasn’t been updated or refreshed since - although there are some renovations to the beach club going on right now. The beach front is top notch. The biggest plus is the food - everything we ate was delicious."

"We had an excellent stay! We woke up early jet lagged and went to the breakfast and it was phenomenal! Don’t feel like you have to bundle it with the hotel room, because you can always just purchase it on site the days you want it, as there is TONS to eat in the area. Room itself is clean, shower has great pressure and beds are comfy! Only thing i might critique is that the toilet is a little close to one or the walls so you have to sit diagonally, but that’s not a big deal at all. Bathroom...
