"This place is horrible - old, outdated - checked into our room - toilet would not flush, no bath towels were given - had to call down for those. Stayed here last week also - for the convenience to the airport —— was checked into a room that had been used. Escalators to the ground floor have been inoperable for the past week, at least."

"All Staff were exceptional 5× The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'. As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. Look forward to future visit and hope to see further improvements. Thank you PB staff for your warm welcome...

"Unfortunately the Ibiza beach club is under construction which is why I have the place a 4 for the property….im sure will be a 5 with the beach club no question. "

"The staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious. They have an airport shuttle and the driver is waiting on you upon your arrival. The only thing is that the room is a little smaller than I like."
