"The reception desk was the the first encounter. One person was not very welcoming or friendly. Then was charged extra for my child. It wasnt a pleasant experience. It made me very frustrated and angry To the point I almost left to go to previous resort. But my kids and I were tired, hungry, and hot. "The hotel owner should visit this hotel. It is iconic but neglected by the current owner you can tell. The previous owner used to stay at the hotel once every 3 months or so. But he died and the son isn’t coming around. The hotel is excellent but it was better 10 years ago."
