"Overall good stay, close to NAIA 3, walkable but be prepared for the heat. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, location is close to all restaurants and mall, you can use Grab (local Uber) if you want to go to BGC or MOA. On our second night, guest next door were so loud at 3 am it disrupted our sleep so I guess sound insulation not good. Will stay again though in the future if arriving at NAIA."

"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. "All Staff were exceptional 5× The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'. As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. "Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "Henan Palm Beach was everything as advertised. If you are flying into Caticlan I would strongly recommend purchasing the transfer directly from Henan as the airport is very small and it gets really hectic exiting. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 11 year old and we got picked up by a bus at airport taken to the boat transfer and transferred to another bus once you get to Boracay.
