"Negatives: Firstly, the building looks too old. There is no elevator. The room was clean, however there is no seperate shower. No balcony plus the look from the windows is pathetic. We were a family of 3 but all the amenities like towels etc we received are only for 2 guests. They didn’t even bother to provide tooth brush and paste for any of the guests. The pool water was a bit dirty. The changing room near the pool had showers but no soap was provided so you have to change from swim wear and again go to the room to take shower. The food was expensive. We ordered Thai rice curry but it hardly had any curry in it! Positives: The staff were friendly. The pools and beach vibe was good. The drinks were good. We booked the rooms including breakfast but didn’t have enough time as we had to catch early flight. They kindly packed us sandwiches, fruits and drinks. "

"This place was wonderful! Pool was under renovation, my room was upgraded to a suite free of charge without asking. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Food was great. Location was perfect. Nice city & harbour view at night. 10/10"

From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was organized, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring guests are comfortable. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Meals were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. "Room needs updating. Carpet was wrinkling, seat cushions worn out, needs painted, pools are nice, but broken fountains and worn out padding. Food was mediocre and overall facilities need serious maintenance "

"Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu. It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options. The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits. The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well. My one "Pet Peeve" is they don't provide a "hand towel" in the bathroom...Only Bath towels. That issue was easily "self-corrected" with a $2 USD (100P) purchase at Ayala."
