"Incredibly attentive, kind staff with a very strict no tip policy. Our room was large, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lagoon. The food was good, but the best food is in the Rio restaurant overlooking the ocean. Our second night there, they had a themed meal and show by the staff which was really fun. We had a good chance to taste real Philippine cuisine, although the best chance is getting off the resort. The man-made lagoon is fun, as is the main pool, but the best part is the Spa which we indulged in four times during our eight day stay. Would go again!"

"We arrive early in the morning at the hotel and we request for an early check in but the hotel is full. Thanks to the concierge who assist us, we were able to upgrade our accommodation just to be in at 10:00 a.m. and relax instead of 3:00 p.m. as our check in time. "

Best experience ever and in Cebu, need to make sure you are in The Ocean Wing, premium - upper floors side…love the views. Staff are well trained, courteous and have a lot of patience. "Highly recommend d this hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the food was fantastic. The beach and pool were excellent also. The only downside is the surrounding area as you can’t walk to any restaurants or other beaches. We rented a motorbike and which helped us explore the island easily."

"We stayed here for one night after spending the day in Oslob and canyoneering at Kawasan falls. Check-in service was excellent, and even though there was no elevator, the staff kindly carried our luggage up to the room. Room was nice and clean. We woke up early for breakfast, which had very good options and a large dining area. Headed out for the free dive with sardines and turtles (walking distance) before checking out and making our way back to Cebu City. A perfect place for a short, relaxing stay."
