"Our toilet did not work!!! We called the front desk at 9:30am. No response until 4:15pm to fix the toilet!!! We used the gas station until our toilet was fixed. Totally unacceptable!!!"

"clean room (does need some updates, especially in the bathroom) .... breakfast was OK, but definitely NOT "top rated" ..... cereal or toast .... I was disappointed there was no reading chair in the room (which is shown in the description photos)..... my wife prefers a real chair to sitting on the bed..... the manager was able to pull a chair from the breakfast room .... not as good as expected, but...."

"It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! "

"Wonderful stay for a night. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Conveniently located just outside the hustle and bustle of Reno yet right off the highway. A well‑maintained boutique hotel with full amenities. Highly recommend."
