"Room was clean, had a great view. What stood out was that it was equipped with a washer & dryer that we were happy to take advantage of. Its close proximity to the resort lift made this one something we hope to return to more often. Very happy with the entire stay!"

"Everything was a disaster, we got there and there was no electricity on December 24th and 25, we couldn’t do anything, we were hungry with no food, we couldn’t use the stove because was electric, we couldn’t use the microwave, coffee maker, tv, not even the shower because the water was cold, we we were using our phones to light the table to eat some chips and salsa and then the next day I was waiting for the front desk girl that works there and she got there late I wanted to see if we could stay another day and they basically kicked us out. I talked to the manager Jackie over the phone and she was rude. The place is nice, but those two girls very rude"
