"This is a motel, not a hotel or an inn. If you are used to any type of hotel services, you will not get them at this motel. The clerk at check in was less than helpful and not friendly at all. When I made the reservation, I was not provided with information that there was no elevator. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. "Property is near the Main Street with many activities and restaurants nearby. Good price for what you get. Quiet, clean, and cozy. Only thing is that some of our towels were stained but we worked around that. Good stay for a weekend trip as a couple."

We visited in summer months so we did not need the fireplace but it did make the room feel very cozy - we enjoyed the cookies at check in as well as the coffee and tea bar in the room. "The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...
