"Overall great resort, five star to everything but the food. I’d give the food two or three star. Maybe I’m a food snob and it’s kind of expected it’s never that great at resorts? What stood out about the food not being great is the dinners, all meats were always overcooked and veggies undercooked. Everything tasted like it was managed to be as economically efficient for the resort as possible. I guess I expected more from Live Aqua in that aspect."

"High standards. First time trip to Mexico for my wife and I, the reserve was nice and quiet for our honeymoon. Very nice and friendly staff. Our Concierge Fernanda was awesome, very friendly, anything we wanted reservations for she was on it. We had a problem with our room and they moved us without question. My wife's diamond earring fell out while having a massage, we were in the spa pool when staff found us a while later and gave it to her before she had even noticed it was missing.. Family...
