"The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!"

"The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean, and the cleaning service was done well daily. I have no complaints! It’s more of a quiet/chill hotel. If you’re looking for more craziness and fun this wouldn’t be the ideal stay for you."

"Beautiful resort with amazing staff. We took the honeymoon suite upgrade for our 10 year anniversary and it was well worth it watching the sunrise and sunsets. The food was good, they had a small coffee shop with snacks all day. The wait times for dinner can be pretty long most nights though so be prepared for that. "Given that it's a hostel and the price is so low, I wasn't expecting much. But the Mayan Monkey was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming (shout out to Javiera and David), the public areas were lively and engaging, the food and drinks were great, and my bunk was comfortable, cool, and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised, and would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely return. Starting with check in — we had diamond club and it was smooth, easy and seamless. This was the same for check out. We arrived on a Saturday and met our butler (Daniel and Steff). Our room was not ready so we went to the pool to wait (we packed bathing suits in our carry on).
