The customer service was exceptional, truly enhancing our experience. The resort itself was a stunning oasis, with beautifully designed landscapes and inviting architectural details. I particularly enjoyed the spa and pool areas, which offered a serene escape with their tranquil ambiance and luxurious amenities. I cannot praise the staff enough; they were not only incredibly attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. Overall happy with the hotel. Did NOT like the pressure from staff member pushing to sign us up for a lecture to buy future vacation time!! I was there to relax and not to be pushed to do something l didn’t want to do!
