The resort is very nice is you want to spend relaxing vacation wonderful service Exelente food this is the place, Chef Germain and his staff will surprise you with amazing dishes at all the restaurants. Usiel at the pool bar is always attentive and eager to please you, and the towel staff are very friendly as well. I especially want to mention Edouard, who made us feel at home. All the pools were very well maintained, never crowded. The barbecue chicken and rib at the pool were fantastic, the best experience ever.

My stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was always professional, attentive, and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room service exceeded my expectations. Overall, everything at the hotel was exceptional. The activities organized for guests were enjoyable, well planned, and conducted professionally, which made the experience even more memorable. This is the second time we’ve been to this resort and I couldn’t recommend it more. The food, staff, amenities, and overall property are great. Only tip would be to either book poolside cabanas in advance or commit to waking up really early to secure loungers by the pool as they fill up quickly.

Very enjoyable and spacious. I rate this place 1000 stars. The staff was so friendly everybody walked around with a smile. Beds were comfortable! The rooms were very clean extra points to the cleaning crew! The property was relaxing and very much set the tone of my vacation. The rooms even smelled clean as well as the hallways. shower water was comfortably hot. I didn’t feel overcrowded and the property felt safe for a solo traveler!
